It is an honor to work with a client on their personal nutrition and health goals. The Make Healthy Easy approach is to meet you where you are at and work together. We want to help you find the best way to eat and live so that you feel your best!
Nutrition counseling and coaching is provided by Jenna Braddock, MSH, RDN, CSSD, LD/N, ACSM-CPT, and Shannon Wilkinson, MPH, RDN, LD/N. Jenna works specifically in sports and performance nutrition, behavior change, developing a healthier relationship with food, and Enneagram and eating coaching. Shannon specializes in Medical Nutrition Therapy (for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, pre or post op nutrition), behavior change, weight loss, and healthy eating/cooking.
Our goal and philosophy for working with clients is to help you create an eating rhythm and strategy that gives you the results you desire. While weight loss is important, that is rarely the main goal. We want you to feel good first. If you have recently been told you have a new health condition that requires a change in your eating, we can help you with that.

How Does it Work?
The majority of counseling is done virtually through HIPAA compliant video software. In some cases, in-person clients will be accepted. Please inquire about in-person counseling at [email protected]
Booking of appointments is done online through our practice software, Simple Practice. Once you are set up as a new client with an appointment, you will be emailed a set up pre-session paperwork to complete. This is very important to complete at least 24 hours before your appointment.
The Registered Dietitian may reach out to ahead of your appointment to ask additional questions to make your time together most effective and efficient. In some cases, you may be referred to a different practitioner if they are better suited to help you.
Enneagram & Eating Coaching
The Enneagram is an amazing tool for developing self awareness and could help shed light on why changing health behaviors has been so challenging for you. Jenna works with people who have already begun their Enneagram journey and know their number and wings. In light of this information, you will together work through the challenges you have been facing in your health, nutrition or fitness journey and try to uncover wisdom to bring about lasting change.
