What do I make nearly EVERY time we have people over? This easy guacamole recipe.
It's my go-to guacamole and after many, many parties, it's been a hit with friends, 100% of the time.
I call it "easy" because it's, well, really easy to throw together. There's also only one thing to chop (the cilantro) and you can tweak it to your personal preference. I personally like a lot of cilantro and lime juice, but you can cut it back a bit if you don't. This is a taste-as-you-go kind of recipe.
(PS - This is how I've been storing my cilantro lately: in a mason jar of water in the fridge. It lasts so much longer! I've had a couple of instagram followers tell me if you then cover the cilantro with a plastic bag, it's last even longer. One day I may have to buy one of these fancy herb storage containers because I'm sold on this method. Better storage = less food waste = more good food actually going into your body.)
But back to the guacamole... You should totally make it, now, tomorrow, for the big game, whenever! It's always guacamole time in my opinion. Can I get that on a t-shirt?
Here's how you make it:

FYI my favorite tool for blending up this Easy Guacamole Recipe is this kind of potato masher. It gets the texture just right because I like a little bit of chunkiness. I also love this citrus juicer because it's easy and fairly clean to use (i.e. keeps the lime juice from getting EVERYWHERE).
Do you guacamole? If so, how do you make it?
Peace, Love, & Guacamole,
