Through nutrition counseling and coaching, I help individuals enhance their energy levels, improve overall health, and optimize gut function to support peak performance and purposeful living. My guiding philosophy is: Fuel for energy, trust your body, and live with purpose.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience working directly with people to improve their health.

  3. Ongoing Coaching Sessions
    We build on your progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and fine-tune your strategy. You’ll leave every session with doable steps to keep you moving forward.

Sessions are available virtually and typically part of a 3- 4 month coaching package for the best results.
