The holidays are here and so may be your anxiety about what to get the people in your life. (I'm there.)
Have no fear, I've put together a list my favorite holiday gift ideas to help you! AND, I'm giving away some of the awesome gifts I talk about too, so make sure you scroll to the end of this post to enter.

Big Life Journal
I stumbled across the Big Life Journal scrolling across Instagram one day, and I was immediately sucked in. This journal is for kids and gives parents a guide book for teaching their kids resilience or, the "growth mindset". By walking through an artistic, imaginative process, kids learn that setbacks and struggles are actually a good thing to push you forward. I have ordered my journal to work through with my boys and I am so excited to get started with them. This would make a great gift for a set of parents with younger kids (12 and under) in your life or even for young kids, as a more meaningful gift.
Ofeely Cell Phone Charger with Timer
Overcharging your device battery can lead to a shorter battery life. Not good! This charger is the best solution for making sure you don't overcharge. Simply plug in your phone and set the charge time in 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 hour increments. After the determined time is achieved, the charger turns off. I love this thing and use it every night to charge my battery worry-free.
World Vision Gifts
This is the second year I have partnered with World Vision to promote their wonderful gift catalog. These items are a beautiful, meaningful way to give a gift and spread hope. I received all these items and I can tell you they are breathtaking.

GIVEAWAY!!!! Thanks to World Vision's generosity, I am giving away the above 4 items + 2 more. Scroll down to the bottom of this post to enter.
Stubbees Artisan Honey
Stubbees honey is what I consider a jewel of Northeast Florida. It was started by young man who wanted to make honey and take better care of the environment. He has since created a locally recognized brand of amazing artisan honeys. You must try the whipped vanilla honey. It's my very favorite. Stubbees honey makes a great stocking stuffer or professional gift for those who love food and trying local products.
The 5-Day Juice Diet
It may sound a little weird that I am promoting a 5-day Juice Diet. I know, I know. Diets are so not my thing. However, this book was written by one of "my girls" in the dietitian world, Megan Roosevelt, of Healthy Grocery GirlΒ , and I have mucho respect for her. She is my know-it-all (in a good way) resource for all things vegan so I am certain this book will be a great resource. I can't wait to get my hands on it.
GIVEAWAY!! Thanks to Megan's generosity, I'm giving away a copy of this book too. Check out the giveaway at the end to enter.
Blendtec Blender
If you are really looking to splurge on the gift for your favorite cook or smoothie lover, the Blentec Blender is IT! I absolutely love my Blendtec and would chose it 100 times over a Vitamix (I've owned a Vitamix). If you want to learn more about why I love my Blendtec and why I think a high powered, higher priced blender is 100% worth it, check out this Facebook Live I did last year.
Broccoli Sprouting Kit
I know some of you may be wondering why anything broccoli is making an appearance on a gift guide. I get it. Broccoli gifts just aren't that exciting...until now!! Earlier this fall I did a Facebook Live on the one healthy food you should be eating but probably aren't: broccoli sprouts. While they are easy to buy at grocery stores, it's also rather easy to grow them at home. From all the options out this, this one seems the least invasive, slightly decorative and super simple. If you have a healthy eater on your gift list, this broccoli sprouting counter system is for them!
32 Degrees Clothing
Let's be honest: performance clothing can be so expensive. In the past couple of years, however, I have discovered 32 DegreesΒ clothing and been so impressed. Not only is the clothing stylish and comfortable, it also works really well. Whether it's a tech shirt for hot weather or a base layer or jacket for cold weather, this stuff delivers what it promises at an amazing price. So, if someone needs some new outerwear or base layers (FYI they even have items for pets), definitely check them out.
TRX Suspension Trainer with Door Anchor
If you are looking for a fitness system for your home or when traveling, this is it! I first fell in love with TRX when pregnant, as it allowed me to continue to strength train with moves I couldn't do without the help of suspension. While it may not look like much, TRX can help you get into shape from head to toe. Don't be fooled by knock-offs either. Buy the real thing.
I listened to the story of TRX by the founder recently on the podcast How I Built This and I highly recommend it. It's an inspiring story. Watch it here.
Bee's Wrap Reusable Food Storage Wrap
I started using this reusable food wrap this year and absolutely love it. While it hasn't replaced all my plastic wrap use, it has come in handy so many times for wrapping up a sandwich, covering a dish for traveling, keeping cheese in the fridge and so much more. It really works well, is easy to clean and helps cut down on waste. It is a great gift for any eco-conscious person, or even someone just trying to do a little better. I recommend the 3 pack of sizes as a great starter kit.
Β Raw Spice Bar
I've included this subscription spice service before in my gift guides but I included it again because I still think it's amazing! If you have someone in your life who loves to cook or explore different types of cuisine, this is the perfect gift for them. There are several options of types of gifts you can choose from to fit your budget and also individual spices and kits. That's actually one of the things I really like about Raw Spice Bar; it's affordable but still personalized and special.
Meal Prep Cookbooks
I can always use help and inspiration for meal planning and prepping. How about you? Both of these cookbooks seem like perfect secret weapons to keep on hand to help someone get through a hectic week. This is a perfect gift idea for young professionals, busy parents, or even recent empty-nesters who don't want to be cooking every night.
Congaree and Penn Farm and Mills food gifts
Florida's only rice farm, located in Jacksonville Florida, sells beautiful artisan rice, grits, shrub mixes and more. Grown and produced with care and creativity, this local farm is beginning to make an impression nationally. Buy grits, pecan oil, or a jelly trio for your favorite southern food loving friend.
Time to win!
Now it's your turn to take home some loot. Two MHE readers will win either a World Vision Prize Pack or the 5-Day Juice Diet. I hope you enjoy these fun gifts and THANK YOU for reading Make Healthy Easy.
Happy Holidays!
