I am happy to bring you this post on 8 Ways to Eat 8 Strawberries as part of my partnership with California Strawberries. I am honored to be one of their Ambassadors this year.

8 Ways to Eat Strawberries - 8 easy ways to get a serving of strawberries in your day. #sponsored

August was just nuts for us. Crazy nuts. I went back to work at the University, Coach started football and the school year, we had BOTH boys' birthday, 3 other family birthdays, and the boys started preschool. So yah, it's been nuts. I have to be honest that it's taken me almost the whole month to adjust to the new schedule, especially when it comes to our eating. I think we are finally hitting a good rhythm, but it has not been without bumps.

When it comes to healthy eating, there seems to be so many complicated ideas of how to actually execute it. Throw in the craziness that this back to school time brings, and making healthy food can seem just near impossible. Fortunately, healthy eating can be easy and doable, thanks to simply adding a single serving of 8 strawberries to your day. Clinical research suggests that eating just a serving of eight strawberries is good for the whole body, promoting heart health, diabetes management, supporting brain health, and reducing the risk of some cancers.

How can you get in 8 strawberries every day? Easy. Here's 8 ways to eat 8 strawberries a day in my FIRST Make Healthy Easy video production:

I've found that many of these ideas have become staples in our week as we get back into a school routine. Thankfully, strawberries are available year-round and are naturally sweet while being low in sugar, so can enjoy them any time of year.

To get the details on how to prepare these ideas AND enter to win a Pottery Barn Kids gift card, visit the full post on the Heart of Farmers blog.

Committed to making healthy easy for us all,
