How Does it Work?
The majority of counseling is done virtually through HIPAA compliant video software. In some cases, in-person clients will be accepted. Please inquire about in-person counseling at [email protected].
The Registered Dietitian may reach out to ahead of your appointment to ask additional questions to make your time together most effective and efficient. In some cases, you may be referred to a different practitioner if they are better suited to help you.
Enneagram & Eating Coaching
The Enneagram is an amazing tool for developing self awareness and could help shed light on why changing health behaviors has been so challenging for you. Jenna works with people who have already begun their Enneagram journey and know their number and wings. In light of this information, you will together work through the challenges you have been facing in your health, nutrition or fitness journey and try to uncover wisdom to bring about lasting change.
