- 1 fresh tomato (cut into thick slices)

- 3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 pinches Herbs de Provence
- Arrange tomato slices on plate (as many or as few as you like).
- Sprinkle with smoked sea salt.
- Scoop cottage cheese on top of salted tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with Herbs de Provence.
