Chocolate Tart Cherry Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain, low fat Greek yogurt (recommend Cabot brand)
  • ¾ cup canned tart cherries in water undrained OR tart cherry juice -- CHILLED
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Ice only if you want it

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired. Can be stored in fridge for about 5 days.
