Pumpkin Apple Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 small apple shredded (or use ½ large apple)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 walnuts chopped


  • Layer ingredients in a mason jar in order of appearance, except for walnuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • When ready to eat, mix contents together and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Enjoy!
