Pumpkin Apple Overnight Oats
- ½ cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 small apple shredded (or use ½ large apple)
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 walnuts chopped
Layer ingredients in a mason jar in order of appearance, except for walnuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
When ready to eat, mix contents together and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Enjoy!
