Green Tea Sports Drink
This is an all-natural, homemade sports drink that's easy to whip up before a workout. Each ingredient plays an important role in fueling your fitness.

Lipton® Green Tea bags
Lipton® Flavored Green Tea bag
such as Orange Passionfruit Jasmine Green Tea
organic cane sugar
fresh lemon juice
(from 1 ½ lemons or juice to taste)
Boil 2 cups of water. Steep the 4 tea bags in the hot water for 4 minutes.
Remove tea bags and mix in honey, sugar and salt. Stir to dissolve.
Dilute tea with 1 cup of coconut water and 1 more cup cold water. Add lemon juice to taste. Chill before use.
A serving is 8 oz and there are 4 total servings.
