Smoky Tomatoes with Cottage Cheese

  • 1 fresh tomato, cut into thick slices
  • 2 pinches smoked sea salt
  • ¾ cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 pinches Herbs de Provence
  1. Arrange tomato slices on plate (as many or as few as you like).
  2. Sprinkle with smoked sea salt.
  3. Scoop cottage cheese on top of salted tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with Herbs de Provence.
