Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 3/4 cup pitted dried dates
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until ingredients all come together in mound (about 2 minutes).
  2. Roll dough into ping pong size balls. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
