My goal and philosophy for working with clients is to help you create an eating rhythm and strategy that gives you the results you desire. While weight loss is important, that is rarely my main goal. I want you to feel good first.

Jump Start Consultation
We will spend about 75 minutes together, reviewing your current health and eating, understanding and setting your goals, and devising realistic strategies to help you get where you want to go. I work with you to determine personalized recommendations to help you more forward. My #1 goal is to help you feel better through powerful nutrition choices and new lifestyle strategies.
Just Start Follow-Up
We will spend up to 45 minutes reviewing your progress and assessing what’s working or needs to change. I will never grade you on your progress. As your coach, I’m here to help you trouble shoot till we find the right foods and eating strategies to make you feel great and reach your goals.
